Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare or beauty products cannot be returned. Sale items are also non-refundable.
